Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders are usually shipped out within 3-7 business days. If we do
not have the item you ordered in stock we will contact you to let you know when
it will be available.
(Usually 7 - 10 days at the most) We ship Priority USPS unless otherwise
requested.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.theridersshoppe.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever
possible), and with all receipts and tags to ensure full credit.
Saddles that were not in-stock at time of purchase will be charged a 20%
restocking fee.
Saddles in-stock at time of purchase will be charged a 10% restocking fee if
purchased with credit card.

Internet Fraud
All internet sales over $100 must be shipped to the address that
appears on your credit card statement. If you need to ship to a different
address simply call your credit card company and add this address to your file.
Demo Saddles
Demo saddles may be tried for 3 days. The full purchase
price plus shipping will be charged to your credit card. If you
decide that you like the demo we will ship you out a new
saddle. If you decide to return the saddle, the purchase price less
shipping will be refunded to your card.
